REFUND & RETURNS

What if my item is damaged?

Since I'm the one person making all the jewellery, I take every measure in checking each item thoroughly before they are shipped out. 

Each piece is handwoven and handmade - therefore there may be minor (not aesthetic, simply by the touch of a human hand) variations in the finish of every item sent out, but I believe that accounts for part of the Kalbu charm. 

I am not liable for any damages that occur by postal services or natural disasters that affect courier services. If you have any problems with the courier, please contact their office/helpline and discuss your issue with them.

Do you accept returns?

I do not. Please keep in mind Kalbu is not responsible for damages caused by courier handling or parcel damage caused by natural disasters e.g. flooding, earthquakes etc.

What if my parcel is lost/gets returned to you?

Once your order is shipped out and fulfiled, along with the tracking number emailed to you, all courier-related issues should be reverted back to the courier company. If your parcel gets lost, please contact and file a claim with them. Kalbu is not responsible for parcel losses.

If your parcel gets returned to me (usually due to incorrect shipping details/contact number provided) you'll have to pay the redelivery fee for it to be dispatched to you again.

Do you do order cancellations and refunds?

Once payment is made, no. 

When your order has been paid, it is immediately confirmed and processed accordingly. Materials will have been set aside for you once the order is confirmed and cannot be refunded.
